聚天冬氨酸溶液灌根对芥蓝生长发育及品质的影响

摘  要：
以芥蓝为试材,采用盆栽试验的方法,研究不同浓度聚天冬氨酸(CK:0,T1:300倍,T2:500倍,T3:800倍,T4:1 000倍)溶液灌根对芥蓝生长及品质的影响。结果表明:与CK相比,在芥蓝采收期,T1、T2和T3处理显著促进了芥蓝的生长,其中T2处理效果最好,株高、薹粗、全株生物质量及菜薹鲜质量较对照分别提高了14.23%、13.60%、12.05%和16.67%。T2和T3处理显著提高了芥蓝的品质,可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质及维生素C含量都明显提高,其中以T3处理效果最好。研究结果表明,500、800倍液聚天冬氨酸溶液灌根可以提高芥蓝根系氮素的积累,促进芥蓝生长,提高其产量和品质。

摘  要：
Different concentration of polyaspartic acid(PASP)(CK:0,T1:300 times,T2:500 times,T3:800 times,T4:1 000 times) were applied as root irrigation to pot plants of Chinese kale(Brassica albograbra L.H.Bailey).Data of growth and quality were evaluated.The results showed that T1,T2 and T3 promoted growth of Chinese kale.Plant height,stem diameter,plant biomass and flower stalk fresh weight of T2 treatment were significantly increased by 14.23%,13.60%,12.05% and 16.67%,compared to the contrast,the best result was obtained from T2 treatment.The quality parameters of Chinese kale were also enhanced by treatments T2 and T3,the content of vitamin C,soluble sugar and soluble protein content were remarkably increased by treatment T3.The application of PASP(500,800 times) accelerated the accumulation of nitrogen in the root Chinese kale,and improved growth and quality of crop.
