加快宁夏信用类债券发行的对策与建议

摘 要：
近年来,发行企业债券、短期融资券和中期票据等信用类债券已逐渐成为我国企业融资的主要手段.本文对宁夏发行信用类债券与周边省区进行了比较,分析了宁夏信用类债券发行规模小的主要因素.在阐述全国信用类债券发行市场环境和借鉴发达地区企业发行信用类债券经验的基础上,提出了加快宁夏发行信用类债券的若干建议.

摘 要：
In recent years, issuing credit bonds, such as enterprise bond, short-term financing bond, and medium-term note,have gradually become the main means of enterprises' financing in China. The paper gives a comparison on issuing credit bonds between Ningxia and its neighboring provinces, and analyzes on the main factors affecting issuing credit bonds. Moreover,built on the introductions of China's financial environment and learning experiences from developed regions on issuing credit bonds, it puts forward some suggestions on issuing credit bonds of Ningxia.
