摘 要：
科学地判断一个区域工业化发展水平,对于贯彻落实科学发展观,走新型工业化道路具有重要的意义。借鉴相关理论研究江苏省工业化发展水平及其与污染物排放的相关关系,结果显示,江苏全省处于较高工业化水平阶段,但区域差异显著;随着全省综合工业指数增长,工业COD排放对环境的压力先变小后变大,工业SO2排放对环境的压力缓慢增长,而工业固废产生量带来的环境压力则迅速增长。为了缓解工业发展对环境的压力,江苏省应采取改变工业发展模式,大力发展循环经济等措施。

摘 要：
Scientific judgment of the industrialization development level of one region is significant for implementation of scientific thought of development and adoption of a new road of industrialization.The industrialization development level of Jiangsu Province and its correlativity with the pollutant emission were studied by utilization of relevant theories.The results indicated that the entire province has been in a relatively high stage of industrialization level,but with significant area differentiation;with the increase of composite industry index,the pressure of industrial COD emission on environment has been light at first then it has become heavy,and the pressure of industrial SO2 emission on environment has gradually increased.However,the pressure that the output of industrial solid wastes has brought on environment has rapidly intensified.In order to relieve the pressure of industrial development on environment,reformation of industrial development mode,vigorous development of recycling economy and other measures should be adopted.
