摘  要:
泛素-蛋白酶体途径(UPP)是真核细胞蛋白质主要降解途径,在调节蛋白质相互作用、蛋白质活性、信号转导、细胞周期进程等各生物过程中发挥重要作用。研究表明,UPP在人和动物配子生成的减数分裂同源重组、性染色体失活、减数分裂恢复及第一极体排出等过程中也起着关键的调控作用。本文综述了UPP在动物生殖细胞减数分裂过程及配子生成中的信号传导及调节机制,以期为后续相关研究提供参考。

摘  要:
Ubiquitin-proteasome pathway( UPP) is the main pathway of protein degradation in eukaryotic cells,and it plays a very important regulatory role in the protein interaction,protein activity,signal transduction and cell cycle progression. Studies have indicated that UPP is essential for regulating meiotic homologous recombination,meiotic sex chromosome inactivation,meiotic resumption and extrusion of the first polar body in gametogenesis of human and animals. This paper summarized the signal transduction and regulation mechanism of UPP in the regulation of meiosis and the gametogenesis of animals in order to provide a reference for subsequent research.
