摘  要:
为评价魔芋(Amorphophallus konjac)体内芋花叶病毒检测方法,利用人工接种芋花叶病毒的魔芋作为试验材料,分别采用DAS-ELISA、RT-PCR、荧光定量PCR等3种方法进行检测。结果表明,对于人工接种芋花叶病毒1周,植株出现有明显病征的魔芋,荧光定量PCR检测的灵敏度最高、RT-PCR次之,而DAS-ELISA酶联检测法灵敏度较低。

摘  要:
DAS-ELISA, RT-PCR and real-time PCR methods were evaluated for detection of Dasheen Mosaic Virus(Ds MV)in artificially infected Amorphophallus konjac. The results showed that the sensitivity of real-time PCR was best, followed by RT-PCR and DAS-ELISA was the worst when using the Amorphophallus konjac plant as the test material which showed the obvious infected character after artificially infected for one week.
