几种冬季青绿禾草对牛羊的育肥效果试验

摘 要：
为评价冬季青绿禾草苇状羊茅、扁穗雀麦、鸭茅、黑麦草等在牛羊育肥上的饲喂效果 ,通过饲养试验和屠宰测定等方法 ,研究了冬季青绿禾草对牛羊增重速度、山羊胴体性状和经济效益的影响。结果表明 ,饲喂冬季青绿禾草 ,牛羊日增重分别比饲喂秸秆组提高 69 80 %和 73 4 9% ,羊只胴体重、肌肉重、屠宰率和胴体瘦肉率也均明显提高 ,其中羊只屠宰率和胴体重达显著 ,每头牛羊平均每天比对照组分别净增纯利 1.4 2元和 0 .19元 ,经济效益显著

摘 要：
The results of the study show the fatten efficiency of winter green grass on local cattle and goats. Liveweight gain per day of cattle and goat fed with green grass increased by 69 80% and 73 4% compared with those fed with straw. Carcass weight, slaughter rate and lean meat percentage of goats were also improved obviously, profits of 1.42 yuan per cattle and 0.19 yuan per goat per day could be gotten through feeding with winter green grass.
