0.005%溴敌隆毒饵对万柏林生态园害鼠防治效果初探

摘  要:
利用夹捕法对万柏林生态区害鼠种类及种群密度进行了调查,结果表明,该区鼠害发生严重,夹捕率可达28.43%,主要害鼠种类有社鼠、褐家鼠等。经田间试验,质量分数0.005%的溴敌隆毒饵对万柏林生态园害鼠种群有很好的杀灭效果,校正灭效为76.92%,可以用于大范围内灭鼠。

摘  要:
Rat clip were being used to investigate rodent population density of Wanbailin Ecoregion, results showed that the capture rate was 28.43%. The advantages species were lasiopodomys mandarinus and rattus norvegicus berkenhout etc.. Through the field test, the bait of 0.005% bromadiolone has good control effect of rodent population in Wanbailin Ecoregion, the correction effect was 76.92%. Bromadiolone could be used to control rodent population at Wanbailin Ecoregion in larger scale.
