脉动气流雾化试验研究

摘  要：
通过大量的实验,得出脉动气流频率、料液流量和料液粘度三个因素对雾化细度和雾化颗粒均匀的两个评价指标的影响,并且借助统计分析工具,回归出各个因素对雾化效果影响的关系式。实验分析结果有助于脉动气流雾化机理的研究。

摘  要：
A lot of experiments were performed that analysed the influence to the atomization effect(the Atomizing Particle Fineness, the Atomizing Partcle Evenness index-N) through changing the factors such as the Pulsing Frequency, the material Flux and the viscidity of the liquid material. The relational expressions were also regressed by the statistical analysis tools.The analysis results will contribute to preferably research the Pulse Airflow Atomization mechanism.
