奶牛精细饲喂系统中读写器的设计

摘  要:
快速准确的识别奶牛个体是实现奶牛精细饲喂的基础。为此,选用性价比高的ATmega162作主控芯片,与读写芯片RI-R6C-001A配合,通过搭建硬件电路和进行软件编程设计出了低成本、高性能的高频读写器,测试表明该读写器能够快速准确地识别奶牛的个体信息:在天线有效区域内对耳标的典型读取距离可达86cm、写入距离可达60cm、连续读取出错率低至0%、写入出错率低至0.02%、每秒可防冲突读写45个耳标、抗干扰能力强,可用于奶牛精细饲喂系统身份识别场合。

摘  要:
Identifing cows' individual fastly and accurately is the base of achieving cows' precision feeding.This paper selects high performance-to-price-ratio ATmega162 as MCU,with reading/writing chip RI-R6C-001A coordination,through building hardware circuit and software programming design a low cost,high performance high frequency reader.Testing shows that the reader can identify cows' individual information fastly and accurately:in effective range of the antenna,to the ear-tag,it's typical reading distance is 86 centimeters,writing distance is 60 centimeters,reading error rate is 0 percent,writing error rate is 0.02 percent,and it can identify more ear-tags simultaneously and communicate stably and reliably,it has a strong anti-interference ability,it is suitable for the situation of the identification in actual cow's precision feeding system.
