摘 要：
山西省每年承担几十项营造林工程项目,投资巨大,以往的工程核查、验收工作主要以纸质图纸核实、网点板求积、手工汇总填报等方式进行,耗时费力,数据精确度不高,鉴于此,在思行GIS引擎基础上,研发了一套营造林工程综合核查系统,文中阐述营造林综合核查系统的建设目标、系统总体架构设计、系统模块功能设计、研发平台选型等情况,该系统已应用于全省多项营造林工程项目的管理过程,节省了大量人力、物力,提高了工作效率,实现了营造林工程管理的科学化、数字化。

摘 要：
Dozens of afforestation projects with huge investment were undertaken in Shanxi Province every year.In the past, the inspection and acceptance of projects was mainly carried out by means of paper drawing verification, dot grid quadrature, manual summary and filling, which was time-consuming and laborious with low data accuracy.The system of afforestation integrated inspection was developed based on the GIS engine of Sixing.This paper expounded the target, overall architecture design, module function design, development platform of afforestation integrated inspection system which had been applied in the afforestation projects management to save a large amount of manpower and material resources, improve the work efficiency, and realize the scientific and digitizing management.
