手扶拖拉机X型座椅垂直方向振动的虚拟优化研究

摘  要:
采用虚拟样机技术建立多自由度的“人体-手扶拖拉机、X型座椅 -路面激励”的非线性振动系统模型,对手扶拖拉机的X型座椅主副压缩弹簧、拉伸弹簧结构参数进行了优化研究,有效提高了驾驶员的乘坐舒适性。

摘  要:
A multiple freedom degrees model for nonlinear vibration system about “ body seat road” using virtual prototype technology is created.The result verified that the chair such designed has frequency stabilization and comforts, being easy to setting the parameters of springs and fit to all kinds of tractors.
