对森林航空消防直升机在高山峡谷林区吊桶灭火的探讨

摘  要：
2009年,南方航空护林总站西昌站使用K-32(卡-32)直升机、M-26(米-26)重型直升机在西部高山峡谷林区执行吊桶灭火任务获得了成功,发挥了森林航空消防特有的优势,为西部生态文明建设和森林防火工作做出了积极贡献。但是,受地形地势各种因素的限制,该灭火手段扑救能力和作用还没有完全得到发挥。在分析高山峡谷林区基本特征、影响其吊桶灭火的主要因素和应具备的基本条件基础上,提出需进一步研究、探索和拓展直升机在高山峡谷林区吊桶灭火的多种途径和方法,使其为生态文明建设、森林防火工作保驾护航、再立新功。

摘  要：
In 2009,Xichang office of China Southern Aviation Organization use the type of heavy helicopter K-32(K-32A11BC),M-26(Mi-26) to execute extinguishing mission in the western forest,which makes full use of the forest aviation unique advantages,makes a positive contribution to the ecological civilization construction and the forest fire prevention work in west.However,because of the terrain and weather factors,which limits the ability of extinguishing with hanging bucket.In the analysis of the basic characteristics of forest mountains and canyons,the main factors affecting the hanging bucket in helicopter to extinguish and the basic conditions of hanging buckets in helicopter to extinguish,make a suggestion of research,exploration and expansion of the helicopter extinguishing in the mountains and canyons forest with hanging bucket,making it for the construction of ecological civilization and forest fire prevention,and make new contributions.
