浅析日本土地信托特点及对我国的启示

摘  要：
随着中国经济社会的发展,人民物质生活水平不断提高,但在此过程中,也出现了愈多问题。如当前中国土地流转模式已经无法满足发展的需要,而土地信托恰好是解决这一问题的有效措施。该文以日本土地信托为例,通过分析日本土地信托制度的方法,发现其具有法律保障充分、金融支持充足、重视人才培养,尤其是具有建立土地信息网络系统的特点与优势。通过分析,认为中国土地信托也应做到完善法律建设、加大金融支持力度、积极培养相关人才以及建立土地信息网络系统,以便推动中国土地信托的发展。

摘  要：
With the development of China's economy and society,the living standards of the people have been im-proving,but in the process,there are more problems. The land transfer model in China cannot meet the needs of de-velopment,and the land trust is the effective measure to solve this problem. In Japan land trusts,for example,this pa-per through the analysis of the methods of Japan's land trust system,found that it has legal protection full,full of fi-nancial support,and attaches great importance to the cultivation of talents,especially has the characteristics of build-ing land information network system and advantages. And through the analysis,it is thought that our country landtrust also should be perfected legal construction,strengthening financial support and actively cultivate relevant tal-ents and set up land information network system,so as to promote the development of our country land trust.
