两种多巴胺受体激动剂对黄羽肉种鸡产蛋性能的影响

摘  要:
[目的]研究多巴胺受体激动剂对黄羽肉种鸡产蛋性能的影响。[方法]选用120只27周龄新兴黄3号父母代种母鸡为试验对象,研究溴隐停和左旋多巴对黄羽肉种鸡产蛋率、种蛋合格率、畸形蛋率、平均蛋重和破蛋率的影响。[结果]使用溴隐停处理后第1周鸡群产蛋率显著高于左旋多巴处理组和对照组,4周内左旋多巴处理组平均产蛋率显著低于溴隐停处理组和对照组。溴隐停处理组中4周内种蛋合格率和平均蛋重最高,分别为89.16%和5.084×10-2 kg。药物处理后4周内平均破蛋率以左旋多巴处理组最高(7.46%),极显著高于对照组和溴隐停处理组。4周试验期内对照组的畸形蛋率最高,达到17.52%。[结论]该研究为进一步探讨多巴胺受体激动剂对母鸡输卵管机能的影响奠定了基础。

摘  要:
[Objective] The objective of the research was to study the effects of dopamine receptor agonists on laying performance of yellow-feather broiler breeder.[Method] With 120 27-week parent generation breeder hens of Xinxing Yellow 3 as experimental subjects,the effects of bromocrytine and levodopa on laying rate,breeding egg qualification ratio,deformity egg rate,average egg weight and broken egg rate of yellow-feather broiler breeder were studied.[Result] The laying rate of chicken flocks in bromocrytine treatment group in the first week after treatments was significantly higher than that in levodopa treatment group and control group.The average laying rate in bromocrytine treatment group in 4-week treatment was significantly lower than that in levodopa treatment group and control group.Egg qualification ratio and average egg weight in bromocrytine treatment group in 4-week treatment were highest,being 89.16 % and 5.084×10-2 kg respectively.After drug treatment for 4 weeks,the average broken egg rate in levodopa treatment group was highest(7.46 %),significantly higher than that in control group and bromocrytine treatment group.In experiment period of 4 weeks,the deformity egg rate in control group was highest,up to 17.52%.[Conclusion] The research laid the foundation for discussing the effects of dopamine receptor agonists on oviduct function of hen.
