两级生物滤池处理高NO_3~--N浓度化工废水的实验研究

摘  要:
在pH值为5.7~8.1的条件下,利用两级生物滤池(两级滤池的滤料分别为竹丝和陶粒)处理高硝酸盐氮的化工废水,考察了该工艺对COD、BOD、NO3--N及SS指标的去除效果。结果表明:该工艺对废水中COD、BOD、NO3--N的平均去除率分别达到79.0%、72.9%和92.9%,而对SS的去除效果不显著。其去除机理是:第一级滤池是利用竹丝作为填料和反硝化碳源,将NO3--N转化为N2,并利用竹丝填料表面复杂的生物膜结构将部分有机物去除或被反硝化利用,第二级滤池是利用陶粒滤料过滤作用和生物吸附作用,进一步去除COD、BOD、SS和部分NO3--N等。实验效果良好,说明两级生物滤池处理高NO3--N浓度化工废水是可行的。

摘  要:
Two-stage biological aerated filter,in which filamentous bamboo and ceramsite are used as filter media for each stage,respectively,was utilized for treatment of high concentration NO3--N chemical engineering wastewater under pH of 5.7~8.1conditions,and the removal efficacy of COD,BOD,NO3--N and SS was investigated.The experimental results showed that the mean COD、BOD、NO3--N removal rates reached 79.0%,72.9%and 92.9%,but the SS removal rate was not significant.The removal mechanisms was that the first stage biological aerated filter used the filamentous bamboo as bio-carrier and carbon source for denitrification to convert the NO3--N into N2.In addition,the complex bio-film on filamentous bamboo can improve the removal efficiency for organic matter;the second-stage biological aerated filter used the filter and biological absorption effect of ceramsite to further remove the COD,BOD,NO3--N and SS.The good experimental results demonstrated that treatment of high concentration NO3--N chemical engineering wastewater by using two-stage biological aerated filter was feasible.
