From the practice of new energy industry in Heilongjiang forest industry development,it analyzes the new energy utilization in Heilongjiang Province. The paper inquires into the ways and methods of forest industry development and puts forward the policy to promote the forest planning and the layout of the new energy industry development,breaking the bottleneck of the new energy,seeking the cooperation and development through investment,improving the new energy industry development policy and the new energy market mechanism and management measures.
