沈阳市女性群体旅游行为特征研究

摘  要:
指出了随着国民经济的不断发展,人们生活水平得到显著提高,越来越多的人选择旅游作为休闲的重要方式.近年来,由于女性思想的解放、经济收入的增加等原因使女性成为主要的旅游消费者.采用问卷调查法,探究了沈阳市女性群体的旅游行为特征.研究结果显示:18-35岁、月收入为2001~4000元的女性旅游者居多,个体户和学生为主要消费群体.建议旅游经营者:①根据女性各年龄段的特点灵活设计价格;②设计针对女性的现代营销方式,如可通过电视、网络、杂志等多种方式更好地将旅游产品的相关信息尽可能传达给女性群体;③开发具有女性特色的旅游产品;④设计可以打动女性的旅游主题;⑤通过分销传播渠道来增加顾客的品牌认可度.

摘  要:
With the continuous development of national economy, people's living standards have been significantly improved.More and more people choose tourism as an important way of leisure. In recent years, due to the emancipation of women's mind, the increase of economic income and other reasons, women become the main tourist consumers. This study used questionnaire survey to explore the tourism behavior characteristics of female groups in Shenyang. The research results showed that female tourists aged 18-35 with monthly income of 2001-4000 yuan are the majority. Self-employed and students are the main consumer groups. Suggestions for tour operators: ①Flexible price are designed according to the characteristics of women of different ages;②modern marketing methodstargeted at womenare designed, such as television, the Internet, magazines and other ways to better convey the relevant information of tourism products to female groups as far as possible; ③tourism products with female characteristics are developed;④travel themes that appeal to womenare designed; ⑤customers' brand recognition is increased through distribution and communication channels.
