摘 要:
利用筛选出的10对SSR多态性引物对国外引进的37份山羊豆种质资源进行遗传多样性SSR分析,共扩增出102个等位基因,变异范围为8~13个等位基因;多态信息含量变异范围为0.778~0.879,平均值为0.830;基因多样性变异范围为0.805~0.888,平均值为0.848;期望杂合度变异范围为0.081~0.757,平均值为0.457。37份山羊豆种质显示出丰富的遗传多样性,不同地理来源种质资源多样性水平存在一定的差异。主成分分析与聚类分析结果基本一致,37份材料基本按照地理来源分布聚类,部分材料有交叉。

摘 要:
The genetic diversity of 37 wild Galega officinalis germplasms from Europe was analyzed based on SSR makers.A total of 102 alleles were detected using 10 polymorphic SSR markers,while alleles were detected on per locus with the range of 8to 13,the polymorphic information content(PIC)was0.830 on average with the range of 0.778 to 0.879,gene diversity was 0.848 on average with the range of 0.805 to 0.888,and the expected heterozygosity(He)was 0.457 on average with the range of 0.081to0.757.37 germplasms showed relatively high genetic diversity and variation.The pattern of 37 germplasm relationships revealed by the cluster analysis was related to their geographical origins,while some germplasms were overlapping.Moreover,the results of principal coordinates analysis also supported the clustering.
