板齿式与钉齿式玉米脱粒机的性能比较

摘  要：
针对我国玉米脱粒机的现状,通过研学国外先进技术,改进设计了板齿式脱粒机,并在国内的种子加工企业得到了大量的应用。为此,介绍了采用打击原理的传统钉齿式玉米脱粒机与采用挤搓原理的板齿式玉米脱粒机的结构特点、工作原理和工作过程,对二者的主要技术性能进行了比较分析;从滚筒转速、脱净率、破碎率及功率耗用等几个方面论述了板齿式脱粒机优于钉齿式脱粒机的特点,指出板齿式脱粒机在国内将会逐步取代钉齿式脱粒机。

摘  要：
Nowadays, the improved plank-tooth corn shellers based on the models in the developed countries were applied widely in the seed processing companies in China. The paper introduces the structure characteristics, operating principles and working process of the traditional nail-tooth corn shellers which adopting beating principles and the plank-tooth corn shellers which adopting extruding and rubbing principles. The paper compares and analyzes the main performance indexes of the two type corn shellers, includes roller rotating speed, threshing rate, breaking up rate, power consuming and so on, gets the conclusion that the plank-tooth corn shellers has superiority than the nail-tooth corn shellers. Finally, the paper deems that the plank-tooth corn shellers will substitute the nail-tooth corn shellers gradually in China.
