堇菜属植物叶片下表皮微形态特征的研究

摘  要：
利用光学显微镜对堇菜属14种植物叶片下表皮微形态特征进行观察与研究,结果表明:叶片下表皮被毛者占总数78.6%,细胞以不规则形状为主,有10种,占71.4%。红萼堇菜等12种堇菜的气孔为椭圆形,占85.7%,近圆形气孔只有2种,类型均为不等型且无副卫细胞,均呈随机分布,气孔长宽比大于1.301的有12种,占85.7%。堇菜、茜堇菜、阴地堇菜、总裂叶堇菜、东北堇菜、蒙古堇菜、早开堇菜、裂叶堇菜的气孔指数≤21.0%,其抗旱性较强。东北堇菜等12种堇菜叶片下表皮细胞的垂周壁样式表现为波状或浅波状加厚,增加了细胞刚性和抗逆能力。东北堇菜、早开堇菜、鸡腿堇菜、阴地堇菜、红萼堇菜5种堇菜下表皮系统特征相似,茜堇菜、蒙古堇菜、总裂叶堇菜、裂叶堇菜、紫花地丁(白)、紫花地丁(紫)、球果堇菜、斑叶堇菜、堇菜9种堇菜下表皮特征相似。

摘  要：
The micromorphology characteristic of leaf hypodermis of 14 botanys of Viola by using optical microscope. The result showed that leaf hypodermis with clothing hair took up 78. 6 % of total. The cell which had 10 kinds and took up71. 4 % was mainly irregular shape. The 12 kinds of Viola verecunda's pores were oval and took up 85. 7 %. There were only 2 near roundness pores that were unequal and no subsidiary cell and random distribution. There were 12 kinds length-width ratio of pores larger than 1. 301 taking up 85. 7 %. The stomatal indices of Viola verecunda,Viola phalacrocarpa,Viola yezoensis,Viola fissifolia,Viola mandshurica,Viola mongolica,Viola prionantha,Viola dissecta were less than 21. 0 %.The drought resistance was obvious. There were 12 kinds leaf hypodermis cells anticlinal wall style presented waving undular or shallow waving undular and thick. It increased rigidity of cell and resistance ability. The hypodermis system characteristic of Viola mandshurica,Viola prionantha,Viola acuminate,Viola yezoensis,Viola rhodosepala were similar. The hypodermis system characteristic of Viola phalacrocarpa,Viola mongolica,Viola fissifolia,Viola dissecta,Viola philippica( white and purple flower),Viola collina,Viola variegate,Viola verecunda were similar.
