基于Arcgis的地块年径流总量控制率指标分解研究

摘  要:
指出了年径流总量控制率作为海绵城市建设的核心指标,如何科学合理地将其分解到各个地块,是推进海绵城市建设的关键技术之一。基于滨江新城现状,选取有代表性的评价因子,运用Arccgis模型进行单因子海绵城市建设适宜性评价,采用层次分析法明确各因子分配权重,综合分析得到了各地块海绵城市建设适宜性指数。通过与不同用地类型年径流总量控制率构建映射关系,经反复调整得到了最终的地块年径流控制率指标分解结果。该成果满足规划目标,对指导滨江新城各地块海绵城市建设具有重要的实际价值。

摘  要:
Annual total runoff control rate is the core indicator of sponge city construction.How to decompose the indicator into individual planning blocks scientifically and reasonably is one of the key technologies to promote the construction of sponge cities.Based on the current situation of the YongzhouBinjiang New City,this paper selected representative evaluation factors,and used Arcgis model to evaluate the suitability ofsponge city construction of each single-factor.AHP method was applied to determine the distribution weight of each factor.Then the suitability index of sponge city construction was computed by comprehensive analysis.By constructing the mapping relationship between the annual total runoff control rate and different land types,the final decomposition result of the annual runoff control rate index was obtained after repeated adjustments.The decomposition result meet the planning objective,which has important practical value for guiding the construction of sponge city of YongzhouBinjiang New City.
