新型液压式连续挖坑机的设计

摘  要:
经过对连续式挖坑机特殊工作要求的分析,计算得到钻头相对牵引机车的水平移动距离为1.2 m,并确定了在牵引机车以0.15 m/s的速度行驶下,钻头完成一个工作循环过程的总体时间为10 s。在此基础上对钻头旋转、升降和水平移动这三大运动分别设计了以液压为动力源的机械结构;以行程为控制对象设计了满足连续式挖坑机工作要求的液压系统。最终设计完成了一种稳定、高效、机械化水平高的新型连续式挖坑机。其每小时可以生产多于250个规格为500 mm×500 mm(坑深×坑径)的植树坑。

摘  要:
By analyzing the special work requirements of continuous digging machine,the moving distance in the horizontal direction relative traction locomotives which calculated was 1.2 m.The overall time of the drill bit complete a work cycle was 10 seconds in the case of locomotives traveling speed of 0.15 m/s.Based on it,machines with all-hydraulic drive were designed respectivily for 3 motions of rotating,rising and falling,horizontal shifting,the all-hydraulic drive meeting the work demand of continuous digging machine was designed for controlling the strokes.A continuous digging machine with stable,efficient and high level of mechanization were developed by the innovative design of the structure and hydraulic control system.It could produced more than 250 tree planting pits(pit depth × pit diameter =500 mm × 500 mm) per hour.
