摘  要:
利用分子标记技术对转抗白叶枯病基因 (Xa2 1)的明恢 63和 80 4B后代进行跟踪筛选 ,得到了纯合稳定株系。同时对转基因恢复系明恢 63进行配组试验 ,对转基因 80 4B纯合稳定系进行不育系的转育 ,并对其配组和转育后代进行PCR分析和人工接菌 ,结果表明Xa2 1基因能稳定遗传表达 ,并出现了一些既抗白叶枯病又有增产潜力的组合

摘  要:
The stable transgenic rice-Minhui 63 and 80-4B with Xa21 gene that had the resistance to rice bacterial blight was obtained with the method of marker assisted selection after gene transformation. The combining test of the transgenic restorer Minhui 63 and sterile line transformation of transgenic 80-4B had been done. Xa21 gene was confirmed in F1 of combinations and sterile line through the PCR assay and artificial inocubation. The resistant character of Xa21 gene can be stably passed to the offspring and some combinations with both strong resistance and high yield potential were selected.
