农业供给侧结构性改革下的乡村旅游发展

摘  要：
农业供给侧结构性改革是解放我国农业生产力、平衡农产品供需、促进农业经济增长的中长期宏观调控。乡村旅游是促进农业增效、农民增收、农村发展的有效途径。因生产要素的通约性,发展乡村旅游与推进农业供给侧结构性改革具有较强的内在契合性。然而,我国乡村旅游发展中从业者素质较低、不注重生态含量等状况与农业供给侧结构性改革的内在要求严重背离。因而,只有通过乡村旅游发展中从业者素质提升、科技型景区建设等途径方能实现二者同步演进。

摘  要：
The structural reform of agricultural supply side is a medium and long-term macroeconomic regulation and control on the liberation of agricultural productivity,the balance of supply and demand of agricultural products and the promotion of agricultural economic growth.Rural tourism is an effective way for promoting agricultural efficiency,farmers′income and rural development.It is strongly related between the development of rural tourism and structural reform of agricultural supply side in regards to the commensurability of production factors.However,some negative situations as low quality of practitioners,the ignorance of ecologic level are seriously deviated from intrinsic requirement of agricultural supply side reform,and only by the quality promotion of practitioners and construction of technology-based scenic spot can synchronic development of rural tourism and structural reform of agricultural supply side be realized.
