摘  要：
By analyzing the environmental situation of Inner Mongolia,we advance the fundamental steps to put the strategy of the west exploitaion into effect.The overall exploitation promotes the all-round development, we must start from the ecological construction,improve the abominable environment,implement the sustainable development of society and economics,ensure the construction of the overall exploitation and make a rapid economic development.
