摘  要：
用ABT和IBA,NAA,B1不同的配比对康乃馨插穗进行5种不同的扦插生根处理,结果表明:6 g/kgIBA+2 g/kg NAA+0.5 g/kg B1配比的生根粉的效果最为理想,生根率达97%以上,成苗率达85%。

摘  要：
In this research,we adopt ABT and IBA(Iodole butyric acid) + NAA(α-Naphthalene acetic acid) +B1(vitamin B1) in different concentration dealing with the carnation's cuttings for carnation's asexual propagation,the result was that: the following treatment was the best way compared with others: Number 5 treatment(6g/kg IBA+2g/kg NAA+0.5g/kg B1).Using this treatment,the rate of rooting was above 97% and the rate of being young plant was achieved 85% in carnation's cuttings.
