摘 要：
The trial was undertaken with two litters of 14-day-old Yorkshire×Duroc×Landrace piglets.The pigs of each litter were randomly divided into weanling group and suckling group.Each group had two replicates(pen).Each pen had five piglets.One pig was randomly chosen from each pen and slaughtered to obtain the samples of pancreas and jejunal digesta on the O,2\+\{nd\},4\+\{th\},6\+\{th\},9\+\{th\}day postweaning respectively.The activities of trypsin,amylase and lipase were measured.The results showed that the activities of trypsin,amylase and lipase in pancreas and jejunal digesta were lowered in different degree by weaning stressors.With the postweaning time going and the incerase of feed intake of piglets ,the activities of trypsin & lipase in jejunal digesta and the activity of amylase in pancreas were recovered and had the increasing trend.
