添加复合酶对临武鸭瓜尔豆胚芽养分、氨基酸和能量利用率的影响

摘  要:
本试验旨在研究添加复合酶对临武鸭瓜尔豆胚芽养分、氨基酸和能量利用率的影响。试验选用24只体重2.0 kg左右的健康成年临武鸭公鸭,随机分为3组,每组8个重复,每个重复1只鸭。采用绝食强饲-全收粪法进行代谢试验。1、2组试验鸭每只强饲60 g/d饲粮,2组饲粮中添加250 mg/kg的复合酶,3组强饲60 g/d无氮饲粮。测定添加复合酶对临武鸭瓜尔豆胚芽中干物质(DM)、粗蛋白质(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)、粗纤维(CF)和17种氨基酸的表观利用率、真可利用率、表观代谢能(AME)和真代谢能(TME)。结果表明,临武鸭对瓜尔豆胚芽DM、CP、EE、CF和能量的真可利用率分别为67.07%、67.57%、65.52%、82.88%和77.39%,AME和TME分别为11.34和13.31 MJ/kg,17种氨基酸的真可利用率为67.72%~93.70%;添加复合酶使临武鸭的DM、CP、EE、CF和能量的真可利用率分别提高了5.23%、8.02%、5.80%、3.66%和3.31%(P>0.05),AME和TME分别提高了3.97%和3.27%(P>0.05),17种氨基酸的真可利用率提高了1.73%~11.62%,其中丝氨酸、甘氨酸、亮氨酸、酪氨酸和苯丙氨酸的真可利用率显著提高(P<0.05)。由此可知,添加含有蛋白酶和非淀粉多糖酶的复合酶能够提高临武鸭对瓜尔豆胚芽中养分、氨基酸和能量的利用率。

摘  要:
The aim of this study was to determine the effects of guar germ supplemented with compound enzymes on nutrient,amino acid and energy utilization rates of Linwu ducks.Twenty-four healthy adult male Linwu ducks with body weight of about 2.0 kg were randomly divided into 3 groups with 8 replicates in each group and 1 duck in each replicate.M etabolic tests were carried out by hunger strike-gavage method.Ducks in group 1 and 2 were fed 60 g/d diet by gavage,diet of the group 2 was added with 250 mg/kg compound enzymes,and ducks in group 3 were fed 60 g/d diet with no nitrogen by gavage.The apparent utilization rate,true utilization rate,apparent metabolic energy(AM E) and true metabolic energy(TM E) of dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP),ether extract(EE),crude fiber(CF) and 17 kinds of amino acids of guar germ supplemented with compound enzymes for Linwu ducks were determined.The results showed that the true utilization rates of DM,CP,EE and CF of guar germ were 67.07 %,67.57 %,65.52 %,82.88 % and77.39 %,respectively.The AM E and TM E were 11.34 and 13.31 M J/kg,respectively.The true utilization rates of 17 kinds of amino acids were 67.72 % to 93.70 %.Adding with compound enzymes,the true utilization rates of DM,CP,EE,CF and energy increased by 5.23 %,8.02 %,5.80 %,3.66 % and 3.31 %,respectively(P > 0.05).AM E and TM E increased by 3.97 % and 3.27 %,respectively(P > 0.05).The true utilization rates of 17 kinds of amino acids increased by 1.73 % to 11.62 %,and the true utilization rates of serine,glycine,leucine,tyrosine and phenylalanine were significantly increased(P < 0.05).The results indicate that guar germ supplemented with compound enzymes containing protease and non-starch polysaccharide enzyme can improve utilization rates of nutrient,acid contents and energy of Linwu ducks.
