本文根据生产中经常提出的既要降噪又要保持一定压力的消声器的需求,综合了常用的小孔移频和多孔扩散的消声原理,提出并试制了管束式消声器,通过实验和时序分析进一步了解了它的降噪、保压机理和特点,并在实际生产应用中得到了验证,效果良好。

摘  要:
Based on the practical request, a new type muffler, micropipe muffler, is present and its structure has been designed. It is different from the micropole muffler or porous diffusion muffler which is often used today. It can both reduce the jet noise and hold the jet thrust. Through the spectrum analysis of the jet noise achieved by time series analysis and experiments, its good characteristics are verified and the good structural parameters of the micropipe muffler are given. This muffler has been applied in practice and achieves good results.
