摘  要:
为深入研究斑节对虾(Penaeus monodon)金属硫蛋白MT(Pm-MT)基因参与斑节对虾性腺发育调控的分子机制,根据Pm-MT基因的c DNA序列,利用普通PCR和染色体步移(Genome Walking)技术获得Pm-MT基因的DNA全长序列,该基因序列DNA全长为2 744 bp,由2个内含子和3个外显子组成。其中启动子区域为806 bp,2个内含子长度分别为1 194、242 bp,3个外显子长度分别为22、78、77 bp。在启动子区域预测到转录因子糖皮质激素应答元件和雌激素应答元件与卵巢发育密切相关。

摘  要:
For further research on the molecular mechanism of Penaeus monodon MT(Pm-MT) involved in Gonadal development regulation,the PCR and genome walking technology was used to obtain the full length of Pm-MT DNA sequence,basis of the cDNA sequence.The full length of Pm-MT DNA sequence was 2 744 bp,made up of 2 introns and 3 exons.The promoter region was 806 bp,the length of introns were 1 194 bp and 242 bp respectively,the exons' were 22 bp,78 bp and 77 bp each.And that predicted in the promoter region of glucocorticoid receptor element and estrogen response element with the ovarian development of two closely related transcription factors.
