大磨盘柿树光合特性的研究

摘  要:
对大磨盘柿树光合作用特性研究结果表明,1.光补偿点为1.5klx,光饱和点为65klx,达光饱和点以后,随光照强度的增加光合强度缓慢下降。2.光合最适温度为25℃左右。3.光合强度的日变化呈“中午降低型”的双峰曲线变化,最大峰值出现在上午10时,次峰值出现在下午6时左右。4.光合强度的年周期变化为3峰曲线,3个高峰分别出现在5月中旬、7月中旬和9月中旬;果实对其附近叶片光合强度的提高有促进作用。5.新稍不同节位的叶片光合强度存在差异,6月初,中部叶片>顶部叶片>下部叶片,7月上旬,顶部叶片>中部叶片>下部叶片。

摘  要:
In this experiment, the photosynthetic characteristics of persimmon cv. Damopan (Dtospyros kaki L. ) were studied in 1989 and 1990. The main results were as follows.-1. The light saturation point of photosynthesis was 65klx, and the light compensation point was 1. 5klx. 2. The optimum temperature for photosynthesis was 25 ℃. 3. The changes of net photosynthetic rate (Pn) in a day showed a double-peak curve with a minimum at noon, the higher peak appeared at 10 o'clock in the morning and the lower one at 6 o' clock in the afternoon. 4. The seasonal changes of Pn showed a three-peak pattern, the first peak reached in mid-May, the second in mid-July and the third in mid-September. The presence of developing fruit can increase the net photosynthetic rate of leaves near the fruit. 5. The photosynthetic rate varied with the position of the leaves in the shoots. In early June, net photosynthesis was greatest for midway leaves, lowest for bottom leaves, and intermediate for top ones; in the first 10 days of July, Pn was greatest for top leaves, lowest for bottom leaves, and intermediate for midway leaves in the shoot.
