干旱区农用地利用结构优化研究——以新疆呼图壁县为例

摘  要：
【目的】探讨干旱区农用地利用结构优化方法,为进一步转变农业发展方式,保障生态安全,实现人与自然和谐发展奠定基础。【方法】以干旱区呼图壁县为例,通过分析农用地利用现状,采用线性规划方法对农用地利用结构进行优化配置。【结果】优化后农业总产值上升;粮食作物播种面积稳定上升,经济作物中棉花播种面积大幅度下降,饲草作物播种面积也上升;林地和园地的面积也都有所提升。【结论】传统上的粮—经二元种植结构向粮—经—饲三元结构的转变推动了当地畜牧业的快速发展。园地和林地面积的增加改善了当地生态环境。因此,干旱区域农用地利用模式选择的着力点在于因地制宜,多元化种植,注重生态平衡,努力实现干旱区人与自然和谐发展。

摘  要：
【Objective】The purpose of this study is to probe into the methods of optimizing the agricultural land use structure in arid regions in order to lay foundation to further alter the development approach,ensure ecological safety and realize the harmonious development between human being and nature.【Method】The study,taking Hutubi County for example,analyzed the status quo in arid areas by applying linear programming method to optimize the agricultural land use structure.【Result】 After optimization,gross agricultural output value increased,crop acreage rose up steadily;cotton acreage dropped significantly in proportion to other industrial crops.As a result,forage crop acreage increased and woodland and garden area rose up,too.【Conclusion】The transition from the traditional binary planting structure of grain first and industrial crop second to the ternary structure of grain,industrial crop and forage crop contributed a lot to the local stockbreeding development.The increase in garden and woodland area improved the local ecological environment.Therefore,the focus on agricultural land use mode in arid regions is to adjust measures to local conditions,and diversification of cultivation and the ecological balance in arid areas should be given due attention to.Only in this way,can harmonious development between man and nature be achieved.
