摘  要:
为了岗松(Baeckea frutescens)产业的开发利用,对西南沿海地区人工促进更新的岗松林进行抽样调查,利用岗松叶提取岗松精油。通过气相色谱质普联用(GC-MS)技术对水蒸气蒸馏法提取的岗松精油进行分析,测得岗松叶含水率32.23%,出油率0.653%。用气相色谱面积归一化法测定岗松油各组分的相对含量,共鉴定53个组分,占挥发物总量的91.58%,主要成分为α-蒎烯(6.480%)、α-侧柏烯(6.330%)、1,8-桉叶素(10.088%)、对伞花烃(8.009%)、芳樟醇(11.652%)、4-松油醇(11.774%)、α-松油醇(6.277%)、石竹烯(3.160%)、葎草烯(3.490%)。

摘  要:
The sampling survey had been carried out on the artificial regeneration forest of Baeckea frutescens in the southwest coastal regions for the development of B. frutescens industry. The oil of B. frutescens leaveswas extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by GC-MS. The water content of B. frutescens leaves was32.23%,and the oil extraction rate was 0.653%. The relative contents of essential oil were determined by areanormalization method,and 53 components were indentified which accounted for 91.58% of total volatile oil.Results showed that the main components were α-Pinene(6.480%),α-Thujene(6.330%),1,8-Cineol(10.088%),β-Linalool(11.652%),Terpine-4-ol(11.774),α-Terpineol(6.277%),Caryophyllene(3.160%),Humulene(3.490%).
