摘 要：
在总结分析和谐论理论及其人水和谐量化方法基础上,提出了应用和谐论思想指导水资源可持续利用管理,基于量化和谐论的理论和方法对水资源利用现状进行定量评价和调节,从而实现水资源空间和时间上的可持续利用.对内蒙古苏里格工业园区水资源利用状况进行评价的结果与实际情况较符合,由此得出了实现内蒙古苏里格工业园区水资源可持续利用的建设性的策略.由上可得,利用量化和谐论对水资源可持续利用进行综合评价具有广泛的应用范围和可观的潜在利用价值,为实现水资源时间和空间上的可持续利用和建立人水和谐社会研究提供了新的理论与方法.

摘 要：
Through the analysis of the harmonious theory and basing on Human water harmony quantization method, this paper proposes the application of Harmony to guide sustainable utilization of Water resources management. The current situation of water resources utilization is quantitatively evaluated and adjusted based on the theory and methods of quantitative harmony theory so as to realize the sustainable utilization of water resources in space and time. The evaluation result of the situation of water resources in the Inner Mongolia Industrial Park is in line with the actual situation. According this, this paper proposes the effective strategies to achieve the sustainable utilization of water resources in Inner Mongolia Sulige Industrial Park. From the above, it can be found that using quantitative theory of harmony for the comprehensive evaluation of the sustainable utilization of water resources has wide application range and considerable potential value and provides a new theory and method for realizing the sustainable utilization of water resources in time and space and the establishment of human water harmony social research.
