越冬期包膜苹果枝条蔗糖和脱落酸的含量变化

摘  要:
用高效液相色谱法及毛细管气相色谱法分析了越冬期间包膜及露地苹果枝条蔗糖和脱落酸(ABA)的含量变化。结果表明:①露地枝条韧皮部蔗糖含量越冬期间持续下降、而包膜枝条则经历了缓慢下降、回升、再下降的变化过程,于3月20日形成37.07mg·g~(-1)蔗糖高峰。不同越冬时期枝条木质部和韧皮部蔗糖含量均显著高于露地枝条(p<0.01),②包膜及露地枝条木质部内源ABA2月20日前含量高,其后快速下降。包膜枝条ABA 下降快,含量低。3月20日和4月5日ABA 含量均显著低于露地枝奈(p<0.01)。全部试验结果表明,包膜处理提高了越冬后期苹果枝条的蔗糖含量,降低了枝条木质部内源ABA 含量,从而有利于苹果幼树的萌芽成枝。

摘  要:
The changes of sucrose and endogenous ABA both in the appleshoots in open fields and in those of the young Malus Pumila enveloped inplastic film on stock of Malus micromalus during everwintering period weredetermined by GC and HPLC respectively.The results showed that thecontent of sucrose in the apple shoot phloem in the open fields declinedduring the overwintering period,but the sucrose content in plastic filmenveloped trees,after decreasing,slightly within 40 days,began to increasequickly in late winter,and then reached its peak,37.07mg.g~(-1)on Mar.20.The pattern or change for ABA in shoot xylem of the apple trees bothin the open fields and with plastic film enveloping treatment were similarin early winter and then decreased rapidly to a low level in 45 days.TheABA content in shoot xylem of plastic film enveloped trees was lower thanthat of open fields trees on Mar.20 and Apr.5.It is concluded that thefilm enveloping treatment increased the content of sucrose but decreasedABA level in apple shoots in late winter,thus promoting budding andsprouting of apple trees.
