风冷塔式造粒生产复合肥的新方法

摘  要：
在尿素造粒塔生产粒状尿素成熟技术的基础上,21世纪初开发了风冷塔式造粒技术生产复合肥。介绍该技术的工艺流程、主要设备、技术要点(加入0.1%~2%调理剂降低料浆凝固点)和改进情况(尿液与固体磷钾肥在塔下制成混合料浆,比在塔上大大节省投资)。

摘  要：
Based on a successful technology for production of granular urea in a tower, a air cooling tower is developed for compound fertilizer granulation at the beginning of the century. The process, main equipment, key operation (0.1%～2% conditioner added to lower the solidifying point of slurry) and the improvement (for a lower investmet, a mixed slurry prepared by urine together with solid PK fertilizer under the tower) are presented.
