青翘炮制工艺研究及其标准化操作规程(SOP)的制定

摘  要:
[目的]规范连翘产业化炮制工艺。[方法]分别采用直接烘干、直接晾干、水煮、汽蒸4种炮制方法处理青翘样品,采用HPLC法检测,以连翘苷和连翘酯苷A为考察指标,确定适宜的炮制方法。[结果]蒸煮后青翘连翘苷和连翘酯苷A的含量均远高于晒干和烘干;连翘苷含量:蒸>煮>直接晒干>直接烘干;连翘酯苷A含量:蒸>煮>直接晒干>直接烘干。[结论]综合连翘苷和连翘酯苷含量测定及炮制品外观,考虑实际生产操作的便利,在青翘有效成分含量符合《中华人民共和国药典》2015年版的基础上,最终选择水煮的炮制工艺;并制定相应的标准化操作规程。

摘  要:
[Objective]The aim was to standardize the process of industrialization of processing green Fructus forsythiae.[Method]The four processing methods directly drying,direct dry,water boiling and steam were used for processing green Fructus forsythiae sample,and it detected by HPLC,taking phillyrin and forsythiaside A as indexes to determine the appropriate processing methods.[Result]The results showed that after cooking green become warped,the content of phillyrin and forsythiaside glycosides were much higher than that of the dried and drying;phillyrin content:steamed > directly dried > direct drying cooking;forsythiaside a content:steamed > directly dried > direct drying cooking.[Conclusion]Comprehening forsythia glycosides and forsythia ester glycoside content determination and its processed products appearance,considering the convenience of the actual production and operation,based on effective component content in green Fructus forsythiae conformed to the edition of "Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China" in2015,the final choice of the processing technology of boiled was finally choiced;and the corresponding standard operation procedure was developed.
