An item is the carrier of development.In terms of society forestry,the author has proposed that we should develop leading forestry enterprises so as to promote the production to be regional and industrial;pay attention to the actual effect so as to play the exemplary role of scientific & technical model household;guide rationally to bring the "civilian laborer effect" into full play and strengthen the scientific & technical innovation so as to further perfect the driving strategy of rural social forestry development in the scientific & technical spreading system in the rural area.
