环境协议制度是规范环境协议的达成、执行与救济的体现现代民主、协商、和谐精神的新型制度,具有弹性、灵活性、手段综合性的特点,其建立在伦理、民主和利益基础之上,在环境与资源保护及纠纷解决中,能够促进沟通、重视预防、实现共赢,我国很有必要建立环境协议制度。

1Primary Studies On System of Environmental Agreements Abstract: The System of environmental agreements is a new system,in order to manage,execute and redress the environmental agreements,which manifests the modern democracy,negotiation,and harmony.It has three characters-elasticity,flexibility and the composition in the methods.This System builds on the basis of the ethics,democracy and benefit.It can promote the communication,emphasize the precautions,in addition,propitious to achieve everyone's aim altogether,when protect the environment,reserve natural resources and solve the dissension.So,it s very necessary to establish this System in our country.
