摘 要:
【目的】探讨不同浓度除草剂对菜用黄麻幼苗生理特性的影响,以期为菜用黄麻科学施用除草剂及建立优质高效安全生产技术体系提供理论依据。【方法】采用盆栽试验,以圆果种菜用黄麻桂麻菜1号和桂麻菜2号为试验材料,种子于培养箱中催芽,待种子露白后播种,出苗5 d时选取长势一致的幼苗进行移栽,移栽5 d后喷施不同浓度(0.025~1.500 mg/kg)的除草剂莠去津,以喷施清水为对照,分别在喷施后第1、5、9、13和17 d测定幼苗丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽S转移酶(GST)和尿苷二磷酸葡萄糖醛酸转移酶(UGT)活性。【结果】喷施不同浓度除草剂后,两个菜用黄麻品种幼苗叶片的MDA含量及SOD、POD、PPO、CAT、GST和UGT活性均高于对照。喷施后天数相同时,桂麻菜1号幼苗叶片的MDA含量及PPO、GST活性随着除草剂浓度的增加逐渐升高,均在1.500 mg/kg处理时显著高于对照(P<0.05);CAT和UGT活性随除草剂浓度的增加呈先升高后降低的变化趋势;桂麻菜2号幼苗叶片的POD、GST和UGT活性随除草剂浓度的增加呈先升高后降低的变化趋势,MDA含量及SOD、PPO活性波动升高。除草剂浓度相同时,桂麻菜1号幼苗叶片的MDA含量及SOD、POD活性随喷施后天数的增加波动变化,PPO和GST活性则先升高后降低;桂麻菜2号随喷施后天数的增加幼苗叶片的SOD活性波动升高,UGT活性先降低后升高,PPO、CAT活性则先升高后降低。【结论】不同菜用黄麻品种对除草剂残留的敏感程度存在差异。生产中若前茬施用长残留除草剂,后茬应慎重种植菜用黄麻等对除草剂敏感的作物,或间隔较长时间再进行种植,以避免产生药害。

摘 要:
【Objective】The effects of different concentrations of herbicide on the physiological properties of vegetable jute seedling were explored to provide theoretical basis for scientific application of herbicide in vegetable jute and establishment of high quality,high efficiency and safe production technology system.【Method】Vegetable jute Guimacai 1 and Guimacai 2 were used as experiment materials to conduct pot experiment.Germination of seeds was accelerated in the incubator.Seeds were sowed after germinating.After 5 d of seedling emergence,seedlings with consistent growth were selected for transplanting.The seedlings were sprayed with different concentrations of herbicide atrazine(0.025-1.500mg/kg),and the control was sprayed with water 5 d after the seedlings were transplanted.After spraying,the seedlings were determined including the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)and superoxide dismutase(SOD),as well as polyphenol oxidase(PPO),peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT),glutathione S-transferase(GST),UDP-glucuronosyltransferase(UGT)activities at 1,5,9,13 and 17 d respectively.【Result】After being sprayed with different concentrations of herbicide,the MDA content,SOD,POD,PPO,CAT,GST and UGT activities of Guimacai 1 and Guimacai 2 were higher than those of control.At the same days after spraying,with the increase of herbicide concentration,the MDA content,PPO and GST activities of Guimacai 1 seedling leaves gradually increased.The values were significantly higher than those of control at 1.500 mg/kg treatment(P<0.05).With the increase of herbicide concentration,CAT and UGT activities increased first and then decreased.With the increase of herbicide concentration,POD,GST and UGT activity of Guimacai 2seedling leaves increased first and then decreased,MDA content,SOD and PPO activity of Guimacai 2 showed fluctuation rise.At the same herbicide concentration,with the increase of days after spraying,MDA content,SOD and POD activities of Guimacai 1 seedling leaves showed fluctuation change.The PPO and GST activities of Guimacai 1 increased first and then decreased.With the increase of days after spraying,SOD activity of Guimacai 2 seedling leaves showed fluctuation increase,UGT activity of Guimacai 2 decreased first and then increased,PPO and CAT activity increased first and then decreased.【Conclusion】The sensitivity of different vegetable jute varieties to herbicide residue is different.If longacting herbicide residue is applied in the previous crop of production,herbicide sensitive crops should be cautiously planted in the succeeding crop such as vegetable jute,or replanted at a long interval to avoid pesticide damage.
