摘 要：
基于PEST模型对宁波市网络餐饮行业进行宏观环境分析,以访谈和问卷的方式对餐饮企业、消费者、监管部门和社会公众进行调查,探讨宁波市网络餐饮食品安全水平,并结合监管部门的实际工作提出相应的监管对策。调查结果显示,宁波市网络餐饮食品安全总体水平较高,监管部门不断创新监管方式,消费者对媒体报道、政府信任度高,社会公众参与度高,食品安全市创建氛围良好,但餐饮企业责任意识有待加强。建议尽快出台相关的地方性法规,强化落实第三方平台和餐饮企业的主体责任,开辟多渠道调动社会监管力量,加大宣传力度,完善食品安全应急机制。

摘 要：
The macro environment of the network catering in Ningbo city were analyzed based on PEST,and catering enterprises,customers,government regulators and the public were investigated through interview and questionnaire,then the security level of the network catering industry in Ningbo city was discussed. Finally,monitoring countermeasures were put forward combining the work of the regulatory authorities. The results showed that the food safety of the network catering was in good condition,ways of supervision were innovated,with high citizen confidence in government and media,and high degree of participation,positive atmosphere of building a food safety city was created,but the corporation's social responsibility would be improved. It suggested that local regulations would be made as soon as possible,the corporation's social responsibility should be reinforced,public supervision strength should be mobilized by multiple channels,the work of propaganda should be strengthened,and finally emergency response of food safety should be improved.
