Under the present situation of the outsourcing of library’ s cataloging work,this paper introduces that,based on ILasⅡ,how to use Excel to control the bibliographic data quality in the outsourcing of library’ s cataloging work,and simultaneity takes the Hainan Economics and Business College library for an example;finally,the author hope the other library to use his technique for reference.
