杏黄兜兰和硬叶兜兰的种子试管培养

摘  要:
杏黄兜兰(Paphiopedilum armeniacum)和硬叶兜兰(P.micranthum)受粉后120 d和180 d的种子接种到1/4 MS,MS,R,KC,VW和花宝1号培养基上进行试管培养。低盐浓度的培养基较适宜兜兰种子萌发,R培养基效果最好,萌发率可达30%以上;果荚采收的时间对种子萌发有重要的影响;添加200 mL·L-1的椰子乳可促进种子萌发。育苗培养基中添加活性炭2 mg·L-1和香蕉匀浆100 g·L-1有利于种子苗生长。

摘  要:
The seeds take from capsules harvested 120 days and 180 days after pollination of Paphiopedi-lum armeniacum and P. micranthum. These were inoculated on 1/4MS, MS, R, KG, VW and "Hyponex 1" media . All the germination was recorded in 120 days after pollination for both two species. The higher germination rate get in lower salt concentration medium than higher salt concentration medium. R medium is the best for germination in test. Coconut milk stimulate germination. The addition of activated charcoal 2 g · L-1 and banana homogenate 100 g · L-1 is benefit for growth and development of seedlings.
