摘  要:
石榴皮多酚是石榴中重要的生理活性成分,具有抗氧化、抗癌、抗菌、降血脂等多种生物学功能,因而成为研究的热点。文章结合近年来有关石榴皮多酚研究成果,阐述了石榴皮多酚生物学活性及展望。

摘  要:
As important active components of pomegranate,pomegranate peel polyphenols have intrigued researchers for their biological activities such as anti-oxidation,anticancer,antibiosis,cholesterol-lowering effects and so on. Combined with the research results in recent years,the biological acivities of pomegranate peel polyphenols and prospects were reviewed in this paper.
