锯齿形双圆盘切割器切割原理分析与仿真

摘  要:
以锯齿形双圆盘切割器作为研究对象,分析研究了圆盘刀滑动切割的工作原理,建立了影响切割效率的参数模型,从切割稳定性和效率角度,确定了合理的线性切割角度范围;仿真分析了圆盘刀切割运动轨迹变化规律,给出圆盘式切割器的合理转动速度;同时,对圆盘刀进行了模态分析,明确了圆盘刀的固有频率和各阶模态,为实际工作避开扭转振动状态提供设计依据。研究结果表明,保证了锯齿形双圆盘切割器设计的合理性和可靠性,解决了甜高粱果穗和茎秆的高效切割技术问题,为高秆植株作物茎穗联合收获技术研究提供参考依据。

摘  要:
This paper takes hackle dual-disc cutter bar as a research object,disc cutter slide cutting principle of work was analyzed and studied,the influence cutting efficiency parametric model was established,from the cutting stability and the efficiency angle,the reasonable linear cutting angle scope was determined;the disc cutter locus's change rule was simulated and analyzed,the disc cutter bar's reasonable rotational speed was gave,simultaneously the modal analysis of the disc cutter was carried on,disc cutter's natural frequency and various steps modal was cleared about,the torsion vibration condition was avoided and provide designing basis for the practical work.The findings indicated that the hackle dual-disc cutter bar design's rationality and the reliability was guaranteed;the sweet sorghum cob and cane's highly effective cutting technical questions were solved and provided the reference to high stalk stem spike of crop combination harvesting technology research.
