不同剂量伯氏疟原虫感染小鼠的实验观察

摘 要:
为了探讨小鼠腹腔接种感染P.b的剂量对感染小鼠的存活时间的影响,将小鼠腹腔接种感染P.b的剂量分为1×104个/只组、1×105个/只组、1×106个/只组3组,每组腹腔注射前经过血涂片计数发病鼠血虫率、计算各组既定剂量对应红细胞数、血细胞计数板计数接种血液红细胞数、接种感染、记录各小鼠的存活时间及血虫率。结果表明:1×104个/只组的存活时间明显延长,P.b感染小鼠存活期间,随感染剂量增多,P.b感染发展速度越快。在P.b动物实验中,尽管剂量的控制存在人为影响较大因素,但不同数量级剂量接种后仍能对实验进展起关键作用。

摘 要:
To research effect on the survival time when using different P.b infection dose on Jimpy mice abdominal cavity inoculation,all experimental Jimpy mice were divided into three groups according to different P.b infection doses,which are 1×104/ Jimpy mice,1×105/ Jimpy mice and 1×106/ Jimpy mice.Each group needs pretreatment with counting rate of blood smear,including definite dose of red blood corpuscle in each group,red blood cell count with blood cell counting plate,innoculating infection,and recording survival time of every Jimpy mice.The result is that survival time of the group of 1×104/ Jimpy mice prolongs obviously,the Parasitemia is to increase according to the increase of dose.The conclusion is that the variability of dose on Jimpy mice abdominal cavity inoculation could play critical role in P.b animal studies,although the controlling on P.b infection dose have so many interfere factors.
