利用生防细菌防治黄瓜根结线虫病研究

摘  要:
根结线虫是威胁设施蔬菜安全生产的主要病害之一.为了更好地防治黄瓜根结线虫病,减少化学药剂对环境和产品安全的影响,对生防菌沙雷氏杆菌(Serratia marcescens)BS-1和枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)ZJSS进行了田间药效试验.结果表明,供试的两种生防细菌均能够有效抑制根结线虫的侵染和根结的形成,同时提高黄瓜产量.两种生防细菌在试验剂量范围内对黄瓜生长发育均表现安全,可以在黄瓜生产上推广应用.

摘  要:
Root-knot nematode has become one of the major threat for greenhouse vegetable production and caused serious yield losses.In order to control cucumber root-knot nematode disease and reduce the impact of chemical agents on environment and product,field trials were conducted to validate the efficacy of two biocontrol bacterium BS-1 and ZJSS.The results indicated that these two biocontrol bacterium could increase the yield of cucumber and effectively control the infection of root-knot nematodes and obviously inhibit the formation of root-knot.Meanwhile,the two biocontrol bacterium were safe to cucumber within the treated doses.BS-1 and ZJSS could be recommended for the control of root-knot nematode disease in cucumber production.
