微波还原氧化石墨烯及其电化学电容性能研究

摘  要:
以氧化石墨溶胶为前驱体,利用微波加热辅助还原法制备了三维多孔还原氧化石墨烯材料(MWRGO)。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FI-IR)、场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)和透射电镜(TEM)对MWRGO的结构和形貌性质进行了表征,并将其作为超级电容器的电极材料在三电极体系中进行超电容性能测试。结果表明,微波辐射能有效还原氧化石墨,所得MWRGO具有石墨烯纳米片相互交联的多孔三维网状结构。MWRGO电极材料具有较高的电化学电容性能,在电流密度为1 A/g、电位窗口为-1~0 V时,单电极比电容高达265 F/g。

摘  要:
A three-dimensional porous graphene oxide material,named as MWRGO,was prepared by microwave assisted reduction method using graphene oxide sols as precursor.The structure and morphology of MWRGO were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FI-IR),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),and transmission electron microscopy(TEM),respectively.In addition,the supercapacitor performance of MWRGO electrodes was evaluated by using a three electrodes system.The results show that the microwave radiation can effectively restore graphite oxide,and MWRGO has a porous three-dimensional network structure with the interaction of graphene nano sheets.MWRGO exhibits excellent electrochemical capacitive performance with specific capacitance up to 265 F/g in the case of single electrode at the current density of 1 A/g and voltage window of-1-0 v.
