棉花质量流量在线测量系统设计与研究

摘  要:
针对目前新疆亟待解决的棉花质量流量在线测量的问题,设计了一种棉花质量流量在线测量系统。它基于ARM Cotex-M3内核的LM3S5749微控制器为核心,TSL235探测器为检测元件,通过田间试验对测量系统的可靠性进行了验证,结果表明:系统的测量的相对误差的绝对平均值为9%,可以满足设计要求。

摘  要:
At present, Xinjiang's cotton solved online measurement of mass flow problem, we designed a line of cotton mass flow measurement system. It is based on ARM Cotex-M3 core LM3S5749 microcontroller as the core, TSL235 detectors for the detection element; through field trials, the reliability of the measurement system is validated, the results showed that: the system of measurement of the mean absolute relative error 9%, to meet the design requirements.
