兴黔肉鸡与亲本的性能比较

摘  要:
通过对三系配套的兴黔肉鸡及其母系黔Ⅱ和父系H各102只进行重复试验,比较其生产和肉质性能,结果表明,兴黔肉鸡70日龄平均体重1800g,比黔Ⅱ高241%,低H系84%。经统计检验,兴黔肉鸡显著高于黔Ⅱ(P<005),而与H系差异不显著(P>005)。料肉比256,比黔Ⅱ低79%,比H系高22%。全净膛率699%,胸腿肌率397%,净肉率优于母系。胸肌纤维直径334μm,保水率6175%,肌肉嫩度优于父系。各种必需氨基酸含量在亲本间或高于亲本最大值。表明兴黔肉鸡保持父系生长快和母系肉质优良的特点。

摘  要:
Xingqian broiler produced in tripleline combination with its maternal line Qian and paternal line H(they were 102 each respectively) was repeatedly tested. The performance traits of Xingqian broiler were illustrated as follows: the mean body weight at 70 days old was 1800 g and it was 24.1% higher than Qian (the difference was significant, P <005) but 8.4% lower than line H (the difference was insignificant, P >005);the food conversion ratio was 2.56, 7.9% lower than Qian , but 2.2% higher than line H; the drawn poultry was 69.9%; breastleg muscles percentage was 37.9%; the fiber diameter of breast muscle was 33.4 m;the water conservation percentage was 61.75%;the meat percentage was better than its maternal line and the tenderness of muscle better than its paternal line; the contents of various required aminoacids were between both parents or superior to maximum of its parents.The results indicated that Xingqian broiler still kept possession of excellent meat quality originated from maternal line and acquired the advantage of growing fast inherited form paternal line.
